Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy defines our company goals and demonstrates our commitment to improving occupational health and safety. We have implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that complies with the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 International Standard to ensure the safety of all personnel in the workplace, including employees, service providers, and visitors.
Our company commits to the following:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations, standards, and codes of practice;
- Setting clear objectives and targets and monitoring them through departmental meetings and management system review meetings to improve workplace health and safety;
- Providing and maintaining safe facilities and work systems;
- Controlling Occupational Health and Safety risks through a hierarchy of controls;
- Implementing a risk management framework that defines, encourages, and continuously improves health and safety performance;
- Providing employees with health and safety information, instructions, resources, systems, training, and supervision as necessary to ensure their safety;
- Maintaining written policies and procedures to support and communicate effective health and safety practices;
- Encouraging and fostering active participation, consultation, communication, and cooperation with employees in the promotion and development of measures to improve workplace health and safety;

- Ensuring injured employees return to suitable work as soon as possible through effective injury management and rehabilitation practices;
- Continuously improving health and safety performance through regular system audits, evaluations, and improvements;
